Refunds & Replacements
We gladly offer a replacement or full refund if your order:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Contains the wrong item or design
- Has a manufacturing or printing error
If your order arrives with one of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Because each product is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Color preferences
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout
